1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE & REFUND POLICY

All items sold on Semburats are digital downloads; therefore, all sales are final. We operate under a strict no-refund, no-exchange, and no-cancellation policy.

• Final Sale: Once the transaction is completed, access link has been dispatched to your provided email address, the sale is considered absolute.

• Buyer Responsibility: We highly encourage all buyers to carefully review the catalog previews, technical specifications, and compatibility requirements before completing the checkout process.

• Technical Issues: In the rare event of a corrupted or defective file, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will promptly provide a replacement link.

  
  

2. FILE DELIVERY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Due to the massive file sizes of our high-resolution, layered assets, delivery is routed through a secure Google Drive link

• Immediate Access: Upon a successful transaction, our automated system will immediately grant you access the files

• Backup Responsibility: You are strictly responsible for accessing the provided link, downloading all included assets (PSD, PNG, etc.), and securely backing them up on your local hard drive or personal cloud storage.

• Link Expiration: Semburats only guarantees active link access for 30 days post-purchase. We are not liable for lost files, hardware failures, or inaccessible links beyond this period.

3. PRICING, CURRENCY, & LOCAL TRANSACTIONS

• Global Pricing: All standard prices displayed on the Semburats website are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and processed through our default international payment gateways.

• Indonesian Subsidized Rate: To support the local creative ecosystem, a special subsidized rate is exclusively available for Indonesian buyers. This local pricing is strictly processed via manual transactions using WhatsApp and local bank transfers or QRIS. (Soon)

• Price Adjustments: Semburats reserves the right to modify pricing, adjust bundle configurations, or terminate promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Past purchases will not be affected by future price changes.

4. COPYRIGHT ENFORCEMENT & VIOLATIONS

Semburats actively monitors both the digital and physical market to protect our intellectual property and safeguard the exclusivity rights of our premium clients.

• Zero Tolerance: Any breach of the License Agreement—particularly unauthorized digital distribution, uploading to stock websites, AI training, or exceeding the specified print limits without purchasing a license upgrade—will result in immediate legal action.

• License Revocation: We reserve the right to unconditionally revoke your commercial license without a refund if a violation is detected. Upon revocation, you are legally required to immediately cease all production, marketing, and sales of the infringing merchandise.
